Ambleside Townhouse

Staff and location were lovely, I liked that. The hotel room was neat with excellent facilities.

It's exceptionally clean, very good staff and location.

The venue was very busy, though I thoroughly enjoyed its great staff and location. Variety of food for breakfast including cereal, toast and fruit juice.

Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was tasty.

The hotel met the purpose, it was a very enjoyable stay in advance and at set time. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom and central heating, an iron with ironing board and a work desk in the room.

Spotless property, breakfast is superb and reasonably priced. It's warm enough with nice beds and absolutely breathtaking views.

All was clean, I enjoyed second to none staff and location. The breakfast had lots of fruit juices, toast and cereals. The room was bright, with a view.

We liked this reasonably clean hotel with a welcoming reception. It was central and close to Old Courthouse Gallery.

Fairly clean and the staff was supportive. A sandy beach, perfect view. With efficient check-in and late check-out, this hotel was cosy.

Although we had a restful stay, the room was not yet cleaned.

Fab staff and food, I really enjoyed to be here. The bathroom was luxurious & the bedroom was separate.

Enjoyable location, the staff was best, also beds were spacious. I liked a smart decor and beautiful furniture. Generous breakfast, marvellous service. Modern interior, fabulous restaurant.

I was there for 2 nights and felt that I would stay here again. Fab place, chearful stuff. Rooms were fashionable and fashioned and bathroom was modern with a bathtub. The bed seemed comfy and it was spotless all around.

The staff where helpful and a nice breakfast was provided. Hotel was reasonably priced...

The place is easy walk to Ambleside downtown. Breakfast was good, lots of options. We thoroughly enjoyed our room that was compact. This hotel is equal to 4 stars;))

it is 100% that we would definitely book again. near pubs and restaurants and a bus stop available minutes from the hotel. do n't forget to visit nearby cafe altitude, they have best coffee ever. we found the stuff loyal. the view out of the windows was great.

For dinner we visited lake road kitchen, set only 200 m away. Located within a walk to Windermere, which is about 900 metres away...

The breakfast was gorgeous and the staff was useful. Location close to armitt museum and easy access to brockhole lake district visitor centre. The Lily, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel;))
